FEMA says they’re partnering with the U.S. Small Business Administration to offer assistance.

Representatives will be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the SBA Recovery Center on North Avenue in New Rochelle through Thursday.

The deadline to apply for federal aid if those living in Dutchess, Rockland or Westchester is next Tuesday.
