An FBI investigation at a Hudson Valley medical group forced the evacuation of staff and patients in Orange County Wednesday.

FBI agents and sheriff's deputies were seen at three Dolson Avenue Medical locations in Middletown.  They were said to have spent hours inside the facilities and were seen carrying boxes into a location at 54 Dolson Ave.

Down the street, agents and Orange County sheriff's deputies were also at two reported billing sites for the chiropractic and pain management practice, including a seemingly empty building that still has the facility's name on it.

Authorities confirmed the federal agents are with the FBI White Collar Crime Task Force, but it's unclear what they're investigating and why.

News 12 tried reaching out to Dolson Avenue Medical for comment, but calls went unanswered. A representative for the FBI also had no comment.
