26m agoThe father of a 6-year-old Saugerties girl who was found hidden with her mother under a staircase in her grandfather's home is now in more legal trouble.
Kirk Shultis Jr. is facing charges for several burglaries in Saugerties.
Police say the crimes happened back in September, including one at a home and garage on Malden Turnpike.
They say their investigation connected that incident to a string of burglaries that happened in the Town and Village.
Shultis is being held in Ulster County Jail.
He had just bailed out of the County Jail on burglary charges before being arrested again yesterday.
