Fatal hit-and-run in Yonkers caught on surveillance video

A fatal hit-and-run in Yonkers over the weekend was caught on surveillance video. Glynis Pinto, 37, was struck and killed at the intersection of Warburton Avenue and Babcock Place on Saturday evening.

A fatal hit-and-run in Yonkers over the weekend was caught on surveillance video.
Glynis Pinto, 37, was struck and killed at the intersection of Warburton Avenue and Babcock Place on Saturday evening.
Pinto walked in front of a car that suddenly jolted forward, throwing her onto the hood. Moments later and out of the surveillance video's range, she was thrown from the car and run over.
She was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Yonkers police tell News 12 that they have not made any arrests, but that they are following up on numerous leads.
