Police believe the death of a 9-year-old Bronx boy who fell from a high-rise Wednesday was an accident. 

Sidy Fofana's body was found on scaffolding at the bottom of a 45-story apartment building on Richman Plaza in Morris Heights. The boy lived in the building, which is part of the River Park Towers complex. 

Family members say they think he had been going to his uncle's apartment on the 43rd floor at the time, and are waiting for answers about how it could have happened. 

Authorities say that even though they don't think there was foul play, the investigation is ongoing.
