Firefighters in northern Westchester had their hands full Monday afternoon with a fast-moving brush fire.
The blaze in Somers quickly spread to surrounding brush and ended up burning nearly 5 acres of land.
An initial investigation shows the blaze could have been an accident that started when the barn's owner, who was soldering, left to get materials and saw the barn on fire when he returned.
Firefighters say they'll continue to monitor the situation in case the fire ignites again.
