A family is desperately searching for a Yonkers man who has been missing since last Friday.
John Michael Nisbett was last seen at the Palisade Gardens, a senior residential living facility. The 50-year-old's family says he has health issues and has been without his medication.
Nisbett's younger sister, Norma, says that while the facility allowed him come and go on his own, she is worried about him going without his medication for too long.
The family was told that Nisbett may be at the Sharing Community Center in Yonkers, but there was no sign of him.
The family filed a missing person's report with police.
Nisbett is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds.
Anyone with information on Nisbett's possible whereabouts is urged to call police.
