Family members of the three Yonkers men who were killed in a crash on the Taconic State Parkway met with District Attorney Janet DiFiore Wednesday to demand a criminal investigation into the accident.
The meeting came a day after the release of a toxicology report, which shows that the driver in the wrong-way crash, Diane Schuler, had a blood alcohol level of .19 and high levels of THC in her blood.
Police later confirmed that Schuler's husband told them his wife occasionally smoked marijuana and drank alcohol.
If investigators determine that Daniel Schuler witnessed his wife drinking or smoking before the crash, he may face child endangerment charges.
