Six years after her son passed away from a brain injury, Christine Perrelli was able to hear his heart beat again -- in another man.

The heart and kidney of 26-year-old actor and singer AJ Perrelli now lives on in 65-year-old Sergio Castaneda, of Port Chester.

AJ's Perrelli's donated liver and other kidney now reside in Mircea Pantea, of Brewster, who was on an organ donor list for two years as his health rapidly declined. He is now in good health.

The Perrelli family visited Westchester Medical Center recently to meet Castaneda and Pantea. It was an emotional reunion at the center between people who had technically never met. Castaneda says he sometimes feels AJ Perrelli in his body, as if there is someone next to him.
