It may soon be easier for prospective students to get a bachelor's degree from a SUNY community college.
Transfer pathways are expanding at 19 campuses across the State University of New York.
Gov. Kathy Hochul announced this, saying students can get early advisement through the SUNY Transformation Fund.
Eighty percent of first-year community college students want a bachelor's degree, but only 17% get one within six years.
