A former NYPD detective and four other men are accused of operating as a burglary crew that hit spots in Westchester.
Former NYPD detective Saul Arismendy de La Cruz, Edwin Luciano Rodriguez-Genao, Santiago Xavier Maldonado and Diego Muelas-Gonzalez were arrested Friday morning and arraigned The alleged leader, Dagoberto Soto-Ramirez, hasn't been arrested yet and is wanted by the FBI.
The crew faces several charges, including participating in a criminal enterprise. 
The U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York says the crew stole large amounts of cash and valuables from dozens of families, predominantly targeting Asian American small business owners. 
They allegedly bribed the NYPD detective to try to get away with it.
The Westchester County Organized Crime Task Force worked on the investigation.
