Former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik appeared Tuesday at the federal court in White Plains.
Kerik is accused of accepting free renovations to his home in exchange for steering city contracts. The government is arguing Kerik's bail should be revoked because the former NYPD commissioner has allegedly contacted witnesses.
Kerik's trial is scheduled to begin in six days.
