5h agoA former nurse from Pelham Manor has pleaded guilty to stealing fentanyl from a Stamford surgical center.
Prosecutors say Kristen Carotenuto admitted to taking vials, including fentanyl, home.
Prosecutors say she emptied them, refilled them with saline, and returned them for patient use.
Carotenuto faces up to 10 years in prison.
