A former FBI agent from Sleepy Hollow will be spending more time in prison.
Robert Lustyik was sentenced yesterday in White Plains federal court to five years behind bars.
Lustyik admitted to taking bribes in exchange for providing a confidential report on a political figure in Bangladesh.
He will begin serving that sentence once he finishes a 10-year sentence in Utah in connection with a separate bribery case.
