Engineers are trying to determine what caused a roof to collapse at a popular Mexican restaurant in Larchmont.
The facade and roof of Tequila Sunrise came crashing down right in the middle of Friday's lunch hour.
News 12 has learned that there is no structural damage to the rest of the building.
"We did have a structural engineer here earlier this morning that confirmed that the structure of the building is sound and that there was no damage," said co-owner Rob Gorsline. "The inside of the restaurant is completely fine."
The village of Larchmont will make its own assessment, but there is no word so far on what caused the facade to come crashing down.
The owners say they are thankful no one was hurt, and they hope to reopen soon.
