Not only is the pandemic taking a physical toll, but it is also has a major effect on mental health across the Hudson Valley.
State and local agencies want you to know there are several resources out there to help you cope.
Westchester County has an emotional support line where people can reach out for help with alcohol, drugs, violence and other issues. The phone number is (914) 995-1900 or you can text #914 461 7281.
New York State also has a mental health hotline you can call (844) 863-9314.
