3ds agoThe Elmsford mayor has been censured by the village board following a vote last month.
This decision came after an outside investigator found that in March 2022, an off-duty conversation between two employees was unintentionally live-streamed on social media.
During this conversation, one of the employees made a statement regarding a possible successor to Mayor Robert Williams. Williams is accused of retaliating against that person by denying them opportunities to earn overtime.
In a statement, Williams said the allegations were false.
