An Elmsford man has been indicted for having an illegal gun.
Hani Saleh was arrested last October after he was seen driving around White Plains -- with his car covered in nearly a dozen swastikas.
He did this as people were preparing for a vigil for hostages held by Hamas.
The Westchester D.A's office says a search of his car and home recovered semi-automatic weapons, ammunition and gun paraphernalia.
A county court judge just set cash bail at $100,000.
