Missing Rockland County senior found safe in Yonkers

State police now confirm they've found the missing senior from Rockland County.
Philip McDermott, 78, who suffers from dementia, was found safe near the Sprain Brook Parkway and Tuckahoe Road in Yonkers.
Police say his car was found in the Staples parking lot nearby.
Officials had been searching for him since yesterday morning.
