An Eastchester neighborhood is on alert after a string of burglaries targeted several homes in the area.
Homes on Siwanoy Boulevard, Lieb Place and Beech Street were hit between the hours of midnight and 7 a.m. on Tuesday.
Police say the brazen burglars hit the houses while the residents were at home and asleep.
Detectives tell News 12 say the thieves gain access from the garage door or first-floor windows.
