EagleFest is still on for this weekend, despite the cold temperatures.

The event, hosted by Teatown, will be held at Croton Point Park in Croton-On-Hudson.

The team there is encouraging everyone to dress in layers.

The tents are also all heated so if you're cold after a bird walk, you can go in and watch the shows. Coffee and hot chocolate will also be in abundance at the cafe in the Pavilion tent.

A Code Blue has been declared in Dutchess County. The county's working now with community partners to provide emergency shelter for those in need.
