A Dutchess County teacher has been arrested for allegedly having sexually explicit conversations with minors.
Daniel Monarchi, 26, worked as a special education teacher for a middle school.
He was arraigned in federal court in White Plains on Friday.
Monarchi was charged with sexual exploitation of a child, according to the U.S. attorney's office.
