A man in Dutchess County was arrested for allegedly driving drunk with three children in his vehicle, says state police.
Jordan White, 42, was pulled over on Old Post Road in Wappinger, where troopers observed signs of intoxication and administered sobriety tests, which he failed.
A 1-year-old, an 8-year-old, and a 12-year-old were in the back seat.
White's blood alcohol content was 0.22%, nearly three times the legal limit.
He faces multiple charges, including a felony violation of Leandra's Law.
