WEDNESDAY - WEATHER TO WATCH: Cloudy during the morning with rain developing towards noon. Rain can be heavy at times during the afternoon and through mid-evening. Conditions will become windy. Highs around 58. Lows around 32.
THURSDAY: Sun and some clouds. Still windy. Colder. Highs around 43. Lows near 29.
FRIDAY: Sunny and chilly. Highs around 45. Lows around 35.
