The driver responsible for a serious head-on crash in Orange County, Nicholas Cicio, was sentenced Tuesday to one-and-a-third to four years in prison.
Prosecutors said the crash occurred last year when Cicio crash a Jeep into a truck on Pulaski Highway in Goshen.
One person was seriously injured.
Cicio previously pleaded guilty to vehicular assault and driving under the influence of drugs.
