Man killed in Fort Greene shooting

A driver on the Palisades Parkway slammed into a patrol car and injured a New York State Park police officer last weekend, according to authorities.

Police say the officer was helping a disabled vehicle when they were struck from behind.

The officer suffered minor injuries. Troopers say the driver was arrested on suspicion of DWI.
