A driver was lucky to escape injury during a rollover crash in Croton Monday night.

First responders arrived on the scene on Croton Point Avenue and say the vehicle left the roadway, struck a number of trees, and became entangled in brush behind the Green Growler.

The driver was able to safely exit the vehicle and declined medical attention.

Crews worked for over two hours to remove trees and brush to give the tow company access to remove the car.
