White Plains Hospital expert offers cold weather advice for parents.
Parents across the Hudson Valley are being reminded to make sure their children are dressed for the bitter cold.
Dr. Debra Etelson, from the pediatrics department at White Plains Hospital, joined News 12 today share guidance on what families should do before kids head outside.
She also spoke about how to get children to layer their clothing for the cold and what clothes parents should avoid.
