DNA testing is now underway after human remains were found near the motorcycle belonging to missing Pelham man Harry Devert.
Last week, Mexican authorities found his motorcycle next to a dismembered body in two garbage bags. The body was so decomposed that it was unrecognizable.
Devert was last seen in January traveling through a dangerous part of Mexico on his way to the World Cup.
Officials have revealed that drugs may have been found next to the shallow grave, increasing the possibility that a cartel killed him.
Harry Devert's mother, who's from Pelham, is flying down to Mexico to help identify the body.
