Police say Aaron Wellington, 25, of Manhattan, broke into a home on Sunnybrae Place and another home on Homesdale Road on May 21, 2015.
Wellington is being held at the Westchester County Jail without bail.
The suspect has a long criminal record including 13 convictions.
