Dispute leads to three arrests for an illegal firearm

Three individuals allegedly involved in a dispute with an illegal firearm were apprehended by Town of Montgomery police.
Officials received a 911 alert indicating that the group was engaged in a dispute on Rakov Road in the Village of Maybrook on Sunday.
The group fled the scene but were later located near Indian Trail in possession of an illegal firearm.
Naversia Alexander, from Newburgh, along with Dezaray Miller and Rudolf Davis, both from Kansas, have been charged with criminal possession of a weapon. They have been remanded to Orange County Jail without bail.
