Firework shows are taking off across the Hudson Valley this weekend as part of the Fourth of July celebrations.
One decades-old fireworks show is coming back for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic.
Officials say over 8,000 people from all over the tri-state area gathered at White Plains High School Friday to enjoy Independence Day celebrations.
City officials said they are setting off about 1,000 fireworks for the event.
