Taijuan Corse, 32, of Queens, is accused of waving a knife and cutting two train workers on Aug. 25, 2022 after boarding a train at Atlantic Terminal heading eastbound.
According to the Queens district attorney, Corse threatened a conductor when asked for a ticket and slashed the workers who came to help.
Corse has been banned from LIRR and Metro-North trains for three years as part of his plea. Queens DA Melinda Katz says this ban as part of a sentence is the first of its kind in New York City.
Officials say failure to complete therms of the plea would results in up to three years in jail.
