DA: Dutchess County man accused of selling drugs to undercover officers

A Dutchess County man is in custody after allegedly selling fentanyl and crack-cocaine to undercover officers multiple times, the district attorney said.

Alfonso Perez, 29, sold the drugs from his house on Dugan Lane.

Police executed a search warrant and found more than 10 ounces of cocaine, 500 Xanax pills, handgun magazines, and ammunition.

Perez is being held in county jail without bail.
