“Blood everywhere. It was people running and screaming everywhere," said Omar Castro.

Castro owns a barbershop on the corner of Pennsylvania and Jersey avenues, where the deadly violence unfolded Wednesday morning. He saw the incident on his surveillance cameras and gave News 12 the exclusive video.

“What’s most sad about this is someone losing their life in such a young age," said Castro.

News 12 saw police at a house on Pennsylvania Avenue for hours Wednesday, just feet away from the deadly stabbing, and was there as police brought out evidence, including two baseball bats in a clear plastic box.

Nearby, blood marks can still be seen on the street.

Neighbors said the senseless violence is a tragedy for everyone involved.

“Just horrific," said one man. "Just terrible that something would occur in such a small town.”

“It’s sad because there are a lot of good people in this town," said Eileen Spohler.
Authorities have not revealed the name of the person who died. There is no word on any arrests.
