A Croton-on-Hudson man was indicted Thursday following accusations of sexually abusing a young girl for two years.
The Westchester District Attorney's Office says the abuse by 45-year-old Pablo Dure occurred regularly and began when the child was only 10 years old.
The girl's mother later discovered that her 12-year-old daughter was pregnant.
Officials say the infant was born, and a DNA test revealed that Dure is the father.
