Angelika Graswald, the woman accused of killing her fiance in the so-called "murder on the Hudson" case, will not be in court Friday morning as expected.
News 12 has learned that the case has been adjourned until next month.
Vincent Viafore, Graswald's finance, died while kayaking in the Hudson River in Cornwall last April.
Prosecutors say Graswald intentionally removed the drain plug from his kayak and watched him drown.
