Update on partial collapse inside parking garage in White Plains
8h agoState police in Cortlandt are asking for the public's help with a shoplifting investigation.
They say two people stole more than $3,000 worth of merchandise from Walmart last month.
Police say they left the store on East Main Street in a two-door sedan.
Anyone with information is being asked to call the New York State Police.
