The town of Cortlandt’s community composting program is giving back to the planet during Earth Month through composting.
Food scraps can be dropped off at the Youth and Recreation Center near the Cortlandt Train Station in Croton, or at the community center off Westbrook Drive.
The first 100 residents to sign up will receive a free composting kit.
