Cornwall-on-Hudson has announced an opening for a new Village Treasurer through a Facebook post.

This part-time role entails fiscal budget administration, including responsibilities such as providing financial reports to the Mayor, Board of Trustees, and Village departments, preparing financial statements, and managing account balances.

While a strong financial background and governmental accounting experience are preferred, they are not mandatory for applicants.

If interested, individuals should submit their resume and cover letter by Jan. 5 either via mail to Village Hall or through email to the town clerk.
