A former Westchester priest has been arrested for having sexual relations with a young child, according to police.
Cops say Joseph Faraone, 68, assaulted a child who may have had a mental disability. Faraone spent time at the Church of St. Patrick in Yorktown and St. Francis of Assisi in Mount Kisco.
Faraone is being held in Putnam County Jail.
Faraone won more than $1.17 million in the New York Lottery in 1985 and left the priesthood around 2006. Officials say the charges do not appear to be associated with his time as a priest.
