A convicted level-2 sex offender who moved without notifying authorities was busted by accident in Peekskill.
Police were responding to a noise complaint on Depew Street when they found 46-year-old Henry Williams. Authorities had been looking for Williams since August when they failed to receive an annual update of his address.
Williams was convicted of third-degree rape stemming from an assault in 1998. State law requires sex offenders to register their new address when they move.
