A Rye woman’s fight with Con Edison over car damage has been resolved.
The fight began in September after Vanessa Lagana got two flat tires while driving down Milton Road in Rye, which was being repaved by Con Edison.
Her mother filed a claim with the company, which was denied before evidence could be submitted.
News 12 called Con Edison, and a spokesperson said Lagana could resubmit evidence.
On Thursday, News 12 learned the company agreed to reimburse the family nearly $1,000.
