A community activist is trying to get a Randall Avenue hydrant fixed.
The activist called News 12 back on the April 14 because he said that the water had been gushing from the hydrant for weeks.
The Department of Environmental Protection has gone out to Randall and Calhoun avenues several times to fix it to no avail.
Crews are now back in the area trying to get the water to stop flowing.
However, the same community activist says there still seems to be water leaking.
News 12 reached out to the DEP to find out the hydrant's status, but has not heard back yet.
