Colleges are seeing the hurdles students are facing in light of the pandemic and are doing what they can to make admissions more welcoming.

Colleges are seeing the hurdles students are facing in light of the pandemic and are doing what they can to make admissions more welcoming.
Dominican College tells News 12 it typically had credit requirements that needed to be done in high school, but that has since been adjusted.
Schools like Rockland Community College, which have open admissions, are now waiving application fees for students who need it.
RCC is also offering a second fall semester for students because of the pandemic. It starts Oct. 26.
