AT MIDNIGHT: Mainly cloudy skies are expected with temperatures in the mid 30s for the countdown.
NEW YEARS DAY: Seasonably chilly with peeks sunshine. Highs in the low 40s. Then clear and cold overnight. lows in mid to upper 20s
TUESDAY: A cold start with plenty of sunshine. Highs in the 40s. Overnight lows near 30
WEDNESDAY: Mostly cloudy with seasonable temperatures. Highs in the mid 40s. Overnight lows near 30
THURSDAY: Cloudy with a stray shower or snowflake late in the day. Highs in the low 40s. Overnight lows in the 30s
FRIDAY: Clear and cold with highs in the mid 30s. 
NEXT WEEKEND: Watching a chance for a coastal storm on Sunday. Still too early to fine-tune any deals, we'll know more mid-week.
