A violent robbery outside the Palisades Center Mall in Clarkstown sent one person to the hospital.
The victim said three men asked him for directions before punching him repeatedly and stabbing him.
It happened Thursday after the suspects got off a Hudson Link bus.
Police say the men took the victim's cell phone and cash.
He was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Clarkstown police are investigating.
