A Clarkstown South High School teacher was arrested for allegedly exposing himself while driving on an upstate highway. Kip Bonsignore, a music teacher at the school, was charged with public lewdness.

A Clarkstown South High School teacher was arrested for allegedly exposing himself while driving on an upstate highway.
Kip Bonsignore, a music teacher at the school, was charged with public lewdness.
He was released without bail and will answer to the misdemeanor charge at a future court hearing in Liberty.
