Ravine Avenue Park in Yonkers reopened on Tuesday after undergoing a series of renovations.
City officials like Mayor Mike Spano and Parks Commissioner Steve Sansone celebrated the reopening and revealed the renovations at a ribbon-cutting ceremony that was held at the park.
Some of the upgrades include new playground equipment, new fitness equipment, new safety surfacing and a painted basketball surface.
Officials said Ravine Avenue Park is one of seven parks that were renovated this summer.
