The Greenburgh Police Department is answering charges of sexual misconduct Friday.

Gina AnnaNoel Pane, 31, was arrested January 21 for DWI and possession of marijuana. Pane alleges that after she wrote down dominatrix as her profession, officers verbally and sexually abused her for three hours at the station. Pane also says she had a sexual encounter with at least one of the Greenburgh police officers later that night.

The Greenburgh police chief confirms that one officer has been suspended and four others were reassigned during the investigation of the charges. However, he denies that there was any misappropriate physical behavior by his officers. The department and the Westchester District Attorney?s office are continuing their investigation of the incident.
